♦Precautions
Our store is a relaxation salon that only provides aroma oil massages.
It is not a medical institution, clinic, treatment center, or a facility for massage, acupuncture, or moxibustion as defined by medical law.
Also, we do not provide any sexual services or rejuvenation massages, so please understand in advance. We strictly refuse use for such purposes or by those who insist on such services.

We refuse service to the following individuals or those engaging in the following behaviors.
♦Prohibitions
・Those under 18 years of age are not permitted to use this facility. (High school students are not permitted.)
・People with anti-social forces, people with tattoos, drug users, and drunk people
・Taking photographs or videos using photographic equipment, and voyeurism and eavesdropping
・Requests for sexual services or touching the therapist (inappropriate remarks, touching the therapist's body, or other actions that violate public order and morals)
・Those who have had close contact with someone infected with or suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus
・Those with symptoms such as fever, cough, severe skin disease, athlete's foot, injury, heart disease, contagious disease, or infectious disease.
・Others deemed inappropriate by our store
・Exchanging personal contact information with therapists, inviting them outside, or attempting to poach them from other stores is strictly prohibited.
・Please note that we do not accept calls from public phones or anonymous numbers.

※If you request a specific therapist, please understand that the therapist may be absent or late due to health reasons.

※If you repeatedly cancel without notice or at the last minute, you may not be able to make a reservation.

※If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a cancellation.
Even if you notify us, the course time may be shortened.

※Cancellations within 2 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge of 50% of the total course fee.
Cancellations within 30 minutes of the reservation time will incur a charge of 70% of the total course fee.
Cancellations after the start time will incur a charge of 100% of the total course fee plus transportation costs.
Similarly, if the therapist cannot enter the desired hotel or if the customer cannot answer the phone upon arrival, a charge of 100% of the course fee plus transportation costs will be incurred. Please check if the hotel is available for business trips.

※Course changes are not possible. If there is a violation of our terms of use, you may be asked to leave even during the treatment, and future reservations may be refused. Thank you for your understanding.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss.

※Due to circumstances such as high demand, we may not be able to meet the requests of customers who have made reservations.
In such cases, we may not be able to cover the hotel costs for customers who have already arranged the hotel before making a reservation.
